🧩 Extra Credit

Extra Credit is an optional ArcheRage addon you can download and install. While you play, it produces an extra_credit.log file right next to your combat.log. Upload both files to an event and Goblin Charts can show what the game's combat log leaves out: effects such as Charm, Battle Hymn, Sunder Earth, and Sonic Wave, plus who applied every buff and debuff, and player deaths.

Optional: the site works without it. The more players run it, the more complete the picture.

Install

1. Unzip into your game's addon folder, so you end up with Documents\ArcheRage\Addon\xtracred\.
2. Enable xtracred for your character on the addon list at character select.
3. In game you'll see "Extra Credit recording" in system chat. That's it. There's nothing to configure and no UI.

extra_credit.log is overwritten each time the game launches, so it never grows forever. If you want to keep a session for upload, grab the file (or upload it) before relaunching the game.

What it records

It only records what your game already shows and doesn't change gameplay. It writes three kinds of plain-text lines: buff/debuff applications (with who applied them), removals, and deaths. The file is human-readable, and the addon itself is a short script you can read before enabling it.
